Welcome our NEW trainer & nutritional coach!

We’re excited to tell you that we’ve welcomed aboard a new trainer at Pinacle! Check out her bio below:

Philosophy:

If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you! I am the type of person that will practice what I preach. I believe in a balanced lifestyle, which includes being physically active and eating the appropriate foods in order to stay healthy and happy. I also believe that the effort you put into something will determine the results you get out. I enjoy getting that extra push out of my clients in each session in order for them to reach their goals. Building a good connection and relationship with my clients is crucial to their success, which is why I always go the extra mile for them and stay in touch even after our journey together has ended.

 

Client Base:

I provide safe and effective training for all clients no matter what level they are at:

 One on one and paired training from everyday clients to high-end athletes

 Experienced group boot camp instructor with clients of all ages

 Weight loss is a big part of my client base with both men and women

 Specialized programs for the aging population

 

Experience and Credentials:

 CSEP- Certified Personal Trainer (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology)

 Precision Nutrition Level 2

 Agastu Inc. Kettlebell Instructor

 Certified Functional Aging Specialist with the Functional Aging Institute

 Degree in Kinesiology and Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber

 Master’s of Human Kinetics with concentration in Intervention and Consultation from the University of Ottawa

 

Personal Interests:

 Wide range of activities: hockey, snowboarding, hiking, group boot camps, golf, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, baseball, individual workouts and more

 Cooking and exploring new healthy recipes

 Travelling around the world: All of Canada, France, United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Cuba and hope to see more!

 Time with friends, family and my dog

 Continuous learning in a wide range of subjects

 

My Dream:

My dream is to work with a wide range of clients to help them live a healthier and happier way of life and one day own and operate a successful gym.
